 This is my poster for the Art Show I put on every year. What gets the kids attention? Cool graffiti lettering. I display one piece from each student. I sell ice cream and give out awards to all grades 6,7 and 8. Also, the music teacher brings his band and they play a few songs. |

To be able to inspire 6,7 & 8th grade kids is a gift...not ice cream or tagging. By that age they believe they can not draw or it isn't cool to draw. To encourage kids of that age to be creative is a sign of a good teacher my dear.
